A mother's curse..
This supposedly happened somewhere in the middle east and i'm not entirely sure if it did really occured. Still, i got it here because of the moral value it brought to the stand-point. Stuff that you might already hear about in the folktales of your mum or dad's bedtime stories. Retribution, karma and stuff like that..
It took place in Oman, about this girl who was gearing to watch an entertainment programme on television on night. It's just so happen that her mum had been there, in the living room, reciting verses from the Al-Quran. Now this was beginning to distract her more and more as she wanted to focus on watching the show. She then told her mum to stop or at least quiet down. Her mum who was rather deep in focus of her recitations did not oblige her daughter and continued what she's doing. On seeing this, the girl became irated and temper quickly got the best of her. She went up to her mum cursed her and snatched the Quran away. Without any mind of it, she threw the holy book across the room. Her mum by then, was speechless upon witnessing her daughter's unspeakable actions and Prayed to Allah to deliver his punishment on her blasphemous daughter. In a matter of minutes, the daughter fell to the floor, writhing and screaming in pain. Her mother in shock, could only watch as the horrific trajedy unfolded. Before her eyes, she saw her daughter transforming into some sort of a humanoid creature...

P.S, I seriously do not know why the picture is in blue. The creature was suppose to be in human skin colour (very light brownish)..

Late Nite Trip..
Hey there.. Just few days after i published the last post, something of a similar incident happened to my cousin and her family. It took place during when they were leaving the house of their relatives after a visit one late night. The house is not that far off from where i'm staying as well. Just blocks away.
Anyhow, my cuz and her fam were walking towards the lift landing on the floor they were on. It was quite high up the block. They walked in the lift as the door opened and proceeded to descend. Things were as normal as they thought to expect, at first. Halfway down the block, suddenly, the lift stopped and began to escalate back up. They returned to the same floor they entered the lift on. As the door opened, they could see no one outside. Even before that, they knew, as they could see through the glass openings on the door. Still, minus a few silent grumbles, they thought nothing of it and pressed the 'close' button. Again, as they reached halfway down, the lift ceased moving and made its way up again to the same floor. This time, the grumbles intensified from all of the family of five. My cousin's husband hurried on out soon as the door opened to see if indeed there's anyone fooling around with the lift button. And again, there is no one in sight. He then signalled his family to come out and take the other lift. Somehow, that other lift which was on the ground floor won't budge and remained there even after they pressed the button, numerous times. So with patience waning out of every one there, they decided to enter the soon to be dreaded contraption once again. This time however, the lift, together with it's already steam-filled occupants managed to get past the halfway mark.
As they were about to reach ground level, the lift stalled, yet again. And to top it off, this time it stopped in between the second and first floor. The lights inside went off, together with the steam in each one of them as well. My cuz was well in her way to having a panic attack and her kids were screaming their heads off. As hell was breaking loose inside, her eldest son saw a glimpse of something outside on the second floor through the glass opening. His eyes widened with each nano second he spent focusing on the sighted object. He soon knew very well what it was and grabbed the arm of his father. Told him what he saw and soon as the rest heard it, all was dead quiet. My cousin asked her son once more to confirm and as a response, my then pale-looking nephew told her to look through the glass. She did and there it was, standing by a wall, facing them. She froze and also grabbed her husband's arm. By that time all had already seen the entity standing right there, watching them, through the white cloth that 'It' was buried with before. The family had to gather whatever sense of courage they got in them and uttered some verses from the holy Quran. It seemed like ages and with eyes fixed on only each other, they did'nt dare to glance at it again. Finally, with the last verse being said through their lips, the lift lights cme on and they found themselves reaching the ground floor. As the door dramatically opens, the family waste not a second and walk-a-jogged to the car. Sped off without ever turning back to look if the thing was still there.
Probably never see that it might just be waving goodbyes and maybe thanking them for being good sports in a good spook. Well, who the heck knows. Maybe some of them might be comedians. At least used to be. Ok i know i won't.. Peace..

The Wrapped-up Stalker

Got a friend of mine who had this one experience he shared with me before. Stuck in my head ever since. It happened when he was with a few friends, on the way to their friend's birthday chalet. He met up with the rest at one of his friend's place first to go together. Once he reached there, he had this uneasy feeling tugging inside of him. Soon as he saw his friends, he could see that something was up and it's not good. Apparently, some of them saw 'something' while almost reaching the meeting place. And upon that, one of them had pointed 'it' out physically and orally, to the other friend, even though all of them saw it. This, is a big No-No when you happened to encounter otherworldly beings. They tend to be curious as well and might be attracted to the attention given. You never know how they will react. Could be harmless, or otherwise..
So as fascinating 'it' might be then, they decided to go on ahead to their friend's place. Soon as the last person arrived, they moved off to the chalet. While waiting for the taxi, suddenly one of the girls in the group gave a shriek. She saw the thing that the other guys had just talked about. All of them by then saw what it was as it was quite near to where they were standing. It was like a shape of a body wrapped in a white cloth from head to toe. Just like how it is when a dead person is prepared to be buried in the Muslim way. Only this one was standing upright and facing towards them. It just stood there, looking at them. Just about then, the girl who had shrieked, passed out. All of them were really shakened to the core. Somehow, they managed to flag down two taxis and fleeted off to the chalet with the unconscious girl as planned despite the intense moment.
Upon reaching the area, they wasted no time in getting to the chalet. Banging on the door like lunatics, they called out their friends inside to quickly open the door. Once inside, all of them huddled together and kept silent for a while, leaving the ones already there, scratching their heads wondering why. Some of the girls were already crying as it was quite too much for them to take in. It was quite a sight as my friend described. After about one hour or so, they were still huddled together. Then, the quietness was interupted by a bang on the balcony sliding door. It was covered by the curtains so there's no telling what or who was it. The banging became incessant and with more intensity. By that time the group began to crumble in pieces as some were already in a state of hysteria while others wanted to check out what's behind the door. Soon enough, one of the them decided to act alone and pulled the curtains aside. Imagine this. What they saw still haunts them to this day. The banging was caused by the thing that followed them just then. It repeatedly hopped towards the sliding door and banged against it hard, as if it wanted to come inside...

East coast possession..

This one happened at this beach called East Coast. Was during a barbeque cum birthday gathering for an ex-classmate. It was all good on that particular day. Reunited with the old gang, got to know some new faces, gobble the goodies, relishing the sinking sun, sand and of course the soothing breeze brought by the serene sea. It was all good indeed, until about slightly later on in the evening..
We were kind of just chilling back, enjoying each other's company and goof-offs, when it began. A man had came running over to us and asked for help. Dude was in a real frantic mode as he almost struggled to get his words out of his quivering mouth. Said that something had happened to his girlfriend while they were taking a midnight swim. One of my friends asked quite a few questions as to what the state of emergency was like. The guy, being in an almost uncontrollable panic attack amazingly got the time and patience to reply to all of my friend's besides-the-point queries. In the end, only me and another friend went to help the fella out. The rest of the slightly less than 20 buddies of mine, including Mr Inquiry decided to hang back to 'hold fort'. And also cupped their nuts, just in case they dropped..
Upon reaching the location, i could pick up this increasingly foul stench thats forcing its way in our noses. Apart from that, we heard the blood-curdling screams of a woman, followed by shrilling laughters that emitted from her as well. It was the girlfriend of the guy who came to us for help just now. As we reached the area, we saw quite a number of guys holding down the writhing woman. They were holding all her limbs down as she was trying to twist and turn to free herself. Was one hell of a sight, looking at what was unfolding in front of us. Nerve-wrecking, as the woman was spewing out all sorts of vulgarities, spitting at the guys, screaming and laughing. The guys, about 7 or 8 of them were actually having problems holding her down. We both, after recovering to our senses, jumped right in to help. I held her hand as my friend held her leg. Only then i realised how strong this woman was. She's like no bigger than the average guy there but i was practically using my weight to keep her hand from getting loose. Amid all the fracas, i was so uneasy as to how this looked to the passer-bys who just came to witness it. Imagine 10 guys holding down 1 woman by the beach. And adding to that, 2 policemen came during then. They were holding their batons as they approached us. Luckily a passer-by told them about what was really up and they ended up standing there to watch.
The woman was getting even more erratic as she was babbling about 'it' saw her swimming in the waters and took a liking towards her. 'It' wanted to bring her back home to be 'it's' wife. So 'it' possessed her and made her walked deeper in the water, away from the shore. Luckily her boyfriend was alert and pulled her to the land. After awhile of us trying to reason and even threatened for the thing to leave her body, 'it' still won't budge. Finally this one guy came running and almost intantly took control of the situation. He muttered some prayers and we saw the woman just went livid. It was also as if she was being poured with boiling water. 'It' threatened us back by saying that 'it' was going to summon the mother to unleash hell on us.
The guy unlike most of us there, was unfazed by all that and proceeded to instruct someone to get a bottle and fill it up with sea water. Someone did, and he muttered something to the bottle and began to pour some of the water on his palm. He then placed his palm on the forehead of the woman, to which she gave her loudest, pain-inflicted scream yet. She fainted soon after and at that moment, everyone was so friggin relieved. We let go of her and went off to where we were. Then, after a few steps, it happened again! She was possessed by the thing again and was gonna dash towards the sea. Fortunately, some guys managed to catch hold of her. We went through with the procedure of removing 'it' from the woman again, though this time it was not as difficult. She then recovered her senses and began to cry. Her boyfriend was close to tears too. It was too much not just for them, but also us who were there. My friend and i went back to the barbeque pit like two soldiers worn away by a gruesome battle. It was harrowing indeed.
Later on as we relented to the ongoing questions about the incident by our friends, there were strong gusts of wind blowing over. In my mind and probably the rest of their's there, could'nt help wondering if it was the threat of the spirit of the sea, or whatever it was, about calling on its mother to seek us. Everyone then went silent and waited arduously for the morning light..

Something on the pillar..
This little incident, worth mentioning, happened few years back. My O'level exams were looming near and i felt that i needed to touch up for the papers i'm going to take. Just so happened that my then neighbour was supposed to prepare for hers as well. Knowing about my exams, she called me up asking to study together at our block void-deck, study-corner. It was around 12 midnight then. As we reached there, the place was empty, quiet and it was rather cold and dingy. We sat some where at the corner and from there, we can see anyone that walks past the area.
In about an hour or so in our revisions, we decided to take a short break and had conversations on other matters than the one at hand. We kind of covered quite a wide range of topics, til we reached to one that is of the supernatural. She initiated it and though i was apprehensive about dwelling on it, still i obliged. It was well into the witching hour, in an area that is reputedly said to be not that 'clean' and on top of it, it was friday morning in which is a 'hot' activity time for all things 'unseen'..
We were deep in conversations about our experiences and i was listening intently to her, when something behind her got hold of my attention. Could'nt really made out of what it was at first as i was shuffling between concentrating on my neighbour's story and that little distraction. Oblivious to that, Shai continued to fill me in on her true ghostly account, as i gradually laid more focus on something at the top of the pillar behind her. My first thought of it was a lizard that had climbed up there, but as i looked on, i figured it was too big to be one. Then, it moved. And this time i saw what it really was. It was a hand of someone standing behind the pillar. And that someone must have been like well over 7 feet tall to have his or her hand reaching the top of the pillar connecting to the ceiling. I could see the fingers moving, as in wanting to attract my attention. I don't really know how to react then. It's more like trying to contain and put on a brave front as not to show Shai what was unfolding at the time. It was kind of hard as she was still talking about her story, and the thing was picking up pace in trying to spook me out. Then, something happened that got me on my feet and almost dragged Shai off hers. The lady-like hand which was still there at the time then slowly slided down the pillar! I hauled ass out of there tugging a bewildered Shai behind me. When we reached our doorsteps, she asked what the heck was up and i told her that i needed to answer an urgent call of nature, plus i did'nt want her there all alone. She laughed and said that it was cute. Yeah, cute alright. If only she knew how cute the whole situation was. She's still clueless up til now...

The circles..

'Phantoms fill the sky'... words quoted from a contacted spirit through the use a Weija board or Spirit Board i saw somewhere. It kind of stuck in my head all this while. What if we manage to see every single one of them out there? How many of them are out there? What is their destination? Nevermind the faces in the picture. Just check out how many orbs are there in it. Above and around the still embodied, faceless souls..

Old lady..
I was around 4 when this incident took place. It was at my old house which had already been demolish by now. My younger brother was just brought from the hospital where he had been introduced into this world. Was playing in the living room with all my treasured toys that afternoon. Mum was busy trying to settle my baby brother down as he had been crying almost none stop that whole morning. As a child distracted with so many wonderful toys around him, it's rather hard to notice anything or anyone else there. Until i looked up at the window beside the main door. There was this one old lady who seemed to have been watching me for awhile. She did not say anything at first. Just looking at me, with a smile. All i remembered was that she was wearing black 'tudung' (sort of a veil?). After a while, she spoke, asking my name, how old am i and if i have a little brother. I heard what she said and yet somehow i just froze there without muttering a word. Still looking at her. Finally, she asked to talk to my mum who was inside her room all those while. This time i obliged and called her to the living room.
My mother came out, leaving my bawling-frenzied little bro in the room. She instantly saw the old lady and approached the window without opening the door. They exchanged greetings and started talking, which at that point i proceeded with being a little kid with all his goodies. The conversation went on for a bit as i was quite engrossed with the toys. Then the silent and seemingly peaceful air was pierced by a scream from my mum. Without haste, she shut the windows up and dragged me inside the room where little bro was, screaming his then little lungs out. She slammed the room door and huddled us together. I remembered that she was truly scared and shaken. We stayed that way til the evening where we heard the main door being opened. Then the room door-knob turned and someone peeked in the room. It's dad. Mum then began to breathe a little and told my dad what took place earlier.
Apparently, as mum was talking and answering questions from the old lady, something freaky had happened. The old lady was intently asking numerous questions about my baby brother. She had then finally asked my mum if she could see him for awhile as she very much love babies. Now mum was a little if not a whole lot hesitant about all this. She did'nt even know us and yet she wants to come in to look at the crying critter. Of course naturally, mum had to refuse her the pleasure and boy was she so right in doing so. After the old lady knew she was'nt getting in, she went silent and began to stare at mum dead in the eyes. Mum found it weird for her to do that but still looked at her anyway. As mum gazed on, she saw that the eyes of the lady were getting larger and larger by the seconds. It had apparently got so large that it was impossible for a human. Mum was speechless and felt rather weak to do anything then. The eyes were as mum later described, as huge as tennis balls and that at the moment the old lady had this sickening smile on her wrinkled face. Then she demanded to see my brother. From there onwards, mum had miraculously thawed out and began to scream. That's where i was dragged like a rag doll in the room.
There had been rumours across Singapore and Malaysia, of an old lady-like figure who would roam the streets looking for pregnant women and newly born babies. Babies for her to feed on to survive. Once a beautful woman intent on staying just that and went the way of the dark arts to pursue that vain, reckless ambition. Cursed was she there on after and forever. This incident really happened to me but i'm not sure if that the old lady was whom the rumours initially began from. The kumkum..
